Stop Living with Insomnia

Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or have a complete, quality sleep. Many people with insomnia not only have trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep is also a problem.
Many people wake in the middle of the night several times and by the morning are extremely fatigued and irritable. If you are not able to get a good night's sleep your performance is libel to suffer, whether at work or in your personal life.
Here are some tips to treat insomnia:
* Avoid alcohol in the evening
* Avoid stimulants such as caffeine in the evening
* Check any prescription medication that you are taking for sleep side effects
* If you are experiencing stress and anxiety, try to clear your mind when you go to bed
* Eat a healthy diet and exercise more frequently
* Come up with a night time routine
* Sleep in a relaxing, quiet environment
